I bought some sweet pea seeds to try this year. I know the flowers will stop in the warm weather but does the foliage stay good looking for the rest of the season?
Follow-Up Postings:

The foliage is never much to look at even in cool damp climates. Removing the seed pods will prolong flowering.

I'm in a warm climate. My sweet peas are just beginning to bloom - see pic. They'll be done in about 2 months, then the foliage will get ratty and thin, and I'll pull the plants out. It looks great right now, but won't once it gets hot.

Thanks for responding. I think I'll rethink where I'm going to put them. I have a perennial one but obviously never tried the annuals. It'll be fun trying something new.
