 o
vines for my pergola, which one from my list this time

I just got in from patio. I prepared four 18 inch diameter pots for my vine. My pergola is 10 ft high and has 6 legs. I'll be only putting 4 vines on 4 legs. So 1 pot per leg. The other 2 legs has clematis and I think Trumpet Vine.

Currenlty, I have the following seeds. 2 years ago, I grew 3 Hyacinth bean vines per pot and flowers are beautiful. However, it only grew 8 ft long and wasn't thick.

Here are the seeds I have
- Hyacinth Bean Vine
- Thunbergia
- Nasturium Parks Fragant Giants
- Morning Glory Heavenly Blue
- Moonflower Giant White
- Mina Lobata
- Morning Glory Blue Star

The pots are in the west side but gets intermittent shade from the pergola.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks!

I'd go with the morning glories both blue and white and I'd plant 1 of each in each pot. Morning glories have large leaves and 2 would fill in the spaces. They are also fast growing but their maximum height may be a tiny bit less than 10 feet.

Nasturtium and thunbergina won't give you the coverage you want. Their maximum height is much shorter than 10 feet
