| I am planting a mixed border, have already planted my Ipmoea Margarite and have sent off for sunflower seeds. After researching I have found that both are allopathic.
Has anyone had either of these in a garden near other plants and how did it go? |

| Both of the plants you've mentioned have allelopathic compounds but their effects on other plants depends upon the plant species. To research the possibilities, you need to input the genus of the plants you're wanting to locate nearby as well as the known allelopath. |
