Bugs in my million bells

Tiny green catipillars with black stripes are eating my million bells. There are lots of little black spots on them. They quit blooming. I sprayed Ortho max lawn and garden insect spray on them. Will they rebloom?

The bugs and black spots are gone. The plants are starting to rebloom.
