Benary Giant flowers small, single, wrong color?

I planted about 20 zinnia plants in the garden hoping for cut flowers for my wedding. I chose the Benary Giant Salmon Rose color from Hazzards. Looking online I expecting some variation in color from peach to pink to coral.

I have four buds that are a few days into opening and so far 1 is what I expected. 1 is hot pink. The other i2 are BRIGHT orange. Is this kind of variation typical for Benary seeds? I didn't think this was supposed to be an old, open pollinated variety.

Is there anything I can do to get the same color flowers?

I haven't been adding any fertilizer, we have had a lot of rain this year. When I transplanted the seedlings ( I started them inside ) I added a good deal of sand, compost and peat moss because of the heavy clay soil. Soil is slightly alkaline

Plants look healthy with many more buds forming. Not as tall as expected. The colors are not what o wanted and blooms small (2-3" diameter is generous estimate).

TIA
