I want to order my seeds now for next years zinnia's.
I want deep reds, hot pinks/wines/purple, and whitest white.
Semi-short and regular. What's your suggestions.

It might be difficult to find a great selection of summer annual seeds at this time of year.

I suggest you wait until December or January when the new catalogues come out. Many companies are sold out of some varieties now but they will be well stocked then for the new gardening season. Besides why buy old seed when you can buy fresh.

If you don't buy from catalogues order some catalogues on line. They make good reading in the dark of winter when you are dreaming about spring

Swallowtail seeds is shipping zinnia's now that are packaged for 2013 and Select Seeds is having a sale on seeds. I just need suggestions for darkest reds and whitest whites mostly. I think I've decided about the others.
