Hi all! I just ordered an Urbio planter from Amazon. I haven't received it yet. It looks small (not much soil space) but I love the concept. It has a magnet that holds it to a wall or in my case, the metal door to my utility closet. It's also a bit modern to my tastes but if I fill it with trailing herbs that will be hidden. Anyone else here try it yet? I'll keep you all posted.

I like the modern look. Do keep us informed as to how they go! I don't have any metal other than the french doors themselves, so that makes it tricky for me.

I received it and it is indeed very small and shallow. I got the $20 wide mouth one. The $40 "Big Daddy" would likely have been better but I didn't want to spend that much. After I put the gravel in there will be enough room *maybe* for a shallow rooted herb like oregano. I have some cuttings I'm working on that I'll try in it. I have some aloe plants that could work in there as well. The magnet sticks well. I think the developers didn't have very green thumbs b/c not much will grow in such a small planter.

That is frustrating. i think a lot of designers have zero idea as to what actually works. I've ran into that a lot.
