planting in sacks?

I just ordereds "plant pouches" from Thompson and Morgan. Have any of you had any experience with these "planters" and/or any advice for me?

leave some room at the top of the bag to hold water....do not locate in baking heat for all day....do not let them dry out,or the water will run off....feed them biweekly..you can lay them in a plastic container to water them when they dry out

Can you tell me what size plant you are to plant in the sacks? How would you put a 4" size petunia in the cut
opening of the bag. When you buy the petunia the roots and dirt are large. Would shaking the dirt off and some of the roots fall off kill it?

you will have to use the annuals that are sold in the smaller cell packs,the 4 inch pots would be tough i think,i just made pouches of ajuga,lamium, and tri color sedum that i had in my yard.....its the first time ive used perennials

I found them on Ebay.

LTD has them....i get mine at a local garden center...they are popular so i cant believe they would be hard to find
