| Hi Abby, I'm not able to do vegetables but I have a large variety of indoor houseplants, various tropicals and cacti, including flowering ones, such as a lovely Azalea my sister gave me just before it started blooming this January! Let me know if you'd like the names of some basic tropicals, but one that comes to mind and is easy to care for is called a snake plant. You will have to consider how much sunlight you have too. I'm in Toronto and the outside temps are currently -30 Celsius with the wind chill so we can't leave too much outdoors over the winter but I do have a mugo pine and boxwood to give me some greenery on the balcony. I plan to expand on this with more dwarf varieties in the coming season. Not sure if this helps you any ..? |
