 o
zinnia help

Hi,
Last year I planted some zinnia seeds in a container. The plants grew fast but were very thin and spindly. The flowers too were very pale and quite small. I get 3-4 hours of sun in the morning on my balcony.
Could I have overwatered them? Do I need to add fertilizer? Or could the seeds itself might be bad quality?
I really want to grow them better this year.
help me out pleeeese!

My guess would be the problem is lack of sun. I always thought zinnias need lots of it.
