Build A Vertical Container Garden

I'm a hydro grower and have designed a vertical growing system that uses 4" pots hanging on PVC tubes. There's no reason it wouldn't work for soil.

I grow in 100% perlite and home-brew my own nutrient solution. I've posted a link to a pictorial DIY tutorial for those who have only a balcony or small patio on which to have a container garden.

The nutrient recipe as well as several other goodies are in my online store.

Relax, everything in my store is FREE!

Here is a link that might be useful: Build a Vertical Container Garden

Wow, this looks pretty straightforward! Do you have any "live" pics and suggestions as to what you grow in the 4" pots? I have much larger veggies that I like to grow, but love the idea of adding a wall of color on the front "porch."
Thanks for sharing this, and great website!

I guess you use a drip watering system?

I love that set up. Let's see, four inch pots. What edibles do you grow in them? Leaf lettuces, spinach, what else? Have you tried it with bigger pots? What do you use to cover the holes in the bottom of the pots?

You're not the same guy who made that hummingbird feeder out of PVC, are ya?
