Hi All,

I desperately need some advice regarding the growth of ranunculus in pots.I have got three pots of ranunculus in my balcony and they have been doing good for the past one month.Lately i found out that one plant leaves started withering and i tried to trim few of the withered leaves and now i observe that one by one they started to wither. Also these plants don't get sunlight since my balcony is shaded. So i would like to know what are the best ways to overcome the withering of the leaves and have a healthy bloom.
Please advice..
Thank you!!

RE: Ranunculus help

Just happened to check into this forum, which is rather slow.

As far as I know, ranunculus requires full sun.

I'd imagine that's the cause of your problems. If you're not getting any light on your balcony at all, I doubt they will ever do well. Perhaps finding some other types of shade loving flowers would be a better idea.
