I want to know which plants are suitable to grow in an east facing balcony and can tolerate heat and full sun exposure?

You'll need to water but annuals would best suit your needs planted in compost.

You can grow practically anything, annuals or perennials, on an east facing balcony that doesn't require direct sun all day (6-8 hours). The hottest sun of the day comes from the west or south. You must get it from the south. What zone are you in?
