Planting Baby's-Breath.

Hello there, container-gardeners!

It's been a while since my last post, nice to see there is still lot's of life on this forum!

My question is quite simple (almost embarrasing). I've just bought a couple of Baby's-Breath roots. My question is, should I plant them vertical, or horisontal (as horse radish). -I've googled in several languages, but no-one seems to have posted anything about this.

Second question. -I was thinking of planting them with Dahlias, does anyone have any comments on this? -Are the requirements about the same?

Happy Gardening

I thought I had posted this on the Container Gardening forum... I'll move the post there instead... Seems to be alot more going on in there than in the balcony forum (shame though, this used to be a very good forum).
