Where to find hanging bucket planters?

Has anyone seen planters that are essentially 6" x 14.5" little buckets with a drain hole and a hook? You can hang them on a fence or railing.

I'm looking for them in white and can only find them in colors.

| Saw those in many places last year, but always colors, never white. You could spray paint them with Fusion. |

I've never seen those - however, at home depot, I saw just the "hook" part - and you use it to convert an existing container to hang over a balcony.
