I'm a new member. If you take a look at my website you can read all about my balcony (and balcony pond) and its many plants - complete with photos, Latin names, Dutch names, English names and a little about the care of some plants (lots of work to be done here still - all useful info. and tips welcome). Hope you enjoy your visit!

A warm welcome to you! Your website is great! I wish I had the time to sit down and lay out my plant list so nicely. LOL I do have a bunch of things that you list (although not all the same varieties).

I also like your little pond. I have a half whiskey barrel watergarden on my balcony and when I first set it up about 8 years ago, I used to get a nice amount of sun in it. Now because the shrubs in front of it (2 lilacs and 5 blueberries) have all grown up, they block alot of the sun. Still, my fishies don't mind too much, especially when it gets hot in the summer, because the shade keeps the water cooler for them.

I included your link below for easier access by anyone stopping by this thread.

Here is a link that might be useful: bultman's balcony garden

Wow! You have a lot of plant son your balcony! I'd like to see pics of them all together on the balcony, as well as the single flower pics - just to get an idea of the overall picture. They look so green and healthy too!
