Pepper plants in containers

| this year I have planted a number of different Pepper plants in containers on my Balcony, mostly hot peppers, and some bananna peppers -- but they do not seem to be growing any yet. Do pepper plants require very warm temps to start growing ?? |

| I still have my 4-year old habs inside. I probably won't put them out until the end of this month since it doesn't really look like there are any heatwaves coming any time soon. |
