How do I keep squirrels from eating my vegetable seeds?

Posted by brazenspider 5 (My Page) on

I planted snowpeas, peas, spinach, lettuce, swiss chard, and radishes and placed them on my balcony last night. This morning, it seems the squirrels ate all of the seeds before I even left for work. I would appreciate any ideas people have for blocking off my vegetable planters. Thanks!

Buy some row cover material and tuck it around the pots. Some screening might work too, if it doesn't block a lot of light.
