Support for Sweet Peas

I have some Sweet Peas in a pot on my balcony and wanted to know if anybody had some ideas on how to put some support in the pot. I was thinking strings attached to some hooks where there is wood and not brick. I will need about 6 feet of support though and I am not sure if I will have enough space. Any thoughts?

I like your idea, it should work fine. But if you want to get those bamboo hoops and just put them in the pot crisscrossed, that should also work just fine. I have a set of 3 or 4' bamboo u-shaped hoops and use them for supporting climbers.

Where do I get Bamboo hoops? Can I go to a Home Depot to some?
