Worms eating my hosta!!!!

| Well, after weeks of ignoring the garden except for watering, I got pest problems now.
There's something eating my hosta, it's one of the worms, I caught one just now. It's dark gray/black about a 1/4 inch. I can't find a discussion on the organic boards for the worms that eat little holes in leaves. Do worms eat stems too? How do I get rid of them? If I really have to, I'll get some chems, I'll just keep Dude away for sure.
This weekend I'll post more photos, there's a fuchsia explosion going on out there! |

| You sure they're not slugs? I've got tons of hosta and, if I don't spread lots of anti-slug pellets around (available at your local garden center, Target or Wally world) they will chow down on your hostas. Anyway, I've never actually managed to see a slug, but it's probably worth a box of slug pellets to find out? Good luck! Stacey |
