| I could not contain my joy yesterday as I watched one of my Moonflowers slowly start to open as the day went on and by early evening, it was open. It was very cloudy yesterday too, that may have helped it along. I am totally amazed at how large the blossom is and so very fragal. Also, it smells wonderful, my dog thinks so too, I kept holding him back from sticking his nose in it. Anyway, I am posting a picture of it, this is a big deal for me, it's one of the first seeds I sowed this spring and one of the flowers I wanted most to bloom. There are quit a few buds so I'm hoping for a lot more blooms. Anyone else growing Moonflowers on their balcony? |
