| My Moonflowers have been blooming pretty much every day for the past 4-5 weeks, but it's usually only one per day, or one of one side and one on the other side of mt railing. Well last night there were actually 2 blooming at the same time, actually there were 4 but two of them were once again on the other side of my railing.
Here's a photo.

| Isn't that great? You should start seeing more and more of that as we go into September. Just hope for a warm fall!! Also look out for seed pods by October and you can actually use the seeds from those to start new ones next year. |

| Hi There, You have such lovely flowers!!!!!! I am just starting some moonflower and morning glory seedlings myself, and want them to trail up like you have them on your balcony railings. How did you achieve this? Are they all growing from one container? Or would you suggest several? Any advise you could provide would be most appreciated. Thanks in advance! ~Ker |

| Hi kfearn and welcome! All you have to do is place the pots by the rail and sortof lean the vines against the support and they will eventually figure it out and climb on their own. I have had hundreds of morning glory volunteers all over my containers now so they climb whatever is in the pot until they run out of something to wrap around. If you want, which is what I've done in the past, you can put a long trough or windowbox type container on the floor along the rail and plant the vines in that. Then they will be right next to their support and you can push them against the post you want them to twine around. |
