Round problems

Until I can afford all new 'fencing' I need some help hiding the uglies. I have chain link fence with plastic strips (ugly enough to begin with) and many of the strips have broken off, so I have really ugly holes in my fence!

At first I thought I could grow vines up, to cover the uglies; but the area is too shady down at the bottom. So now I would like to hang some pots or window-box type containers from the top, where it's sunny, and let things grow down. Only trouble is, everything I can find either in the way of boxes, or hangers, or brackets is made for the typical flat deck railing.

Does anyone have on online source for such round things?

I found this at Simple Gardens.
Scroll about 2/3rds down.

Here is a link that might be useful: Round brackets

I went back and really looked at that site, and it's pretty awesome! Almost everything you ever wanted for your balcony!
Planters/pots in 40 colors/finishes!

The website is awkward (no 'click to order') and it's pricey.

But for that special item you've been looking for, don't think it can be beaten. Thanks again for that link.
