HELP! Spring-blooming bulbs coming up now!
| | |

| The hyacinths and narcissus that I had in pots from last year are sprouting. Their leaves are already poking out of the soil, and the night temperatures are starting to hit zero and below. I covered the sprouting leaves with more soil, but I'm afraid they'll freeze before spring. I usually place my potted bulbs in insulated boxes. Should I do the same for these, or should I bring them inside to let them bloom? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks! |

| Hi elbereth! My hyacinths from last year also potted are out of the ground just enough to see. I'm just leaving them be and I am guessing they will figure out what they need to do... I would say, if you have them in pots that you can manage, bring 'em on in and let them bloom! If they do bloom, please post photos for us! -Frank |
