I am looking for someone local to me to hang out and talk bonsai with. I'm a full time student who just doesn't have the money to join the bonsai society. Maybe if there are others in my area who are interested we could make our own club. The reason i would like to do this is that i have jumped head first into bonsai, and I'm not looking to stop any time soon. I got my first tree just over a year ago and have'nt looked back. I do read alot, however nothing beats hands on learning from a master or even a seasoned veteran. Maybe we could get some people together and do a workshop on a tree or two. I think it would be a good leaning experience for all.
