| should the groove carved out of the trunk for the branch to be approach grafted be deep enough that the entire diameter of the branch is fully inside the trunk? 1/2 way?
also, what are various ways to secure the branch in place? can it be wired only, or does the entire cavity area need to be fully sealed? thanks, jim |
