I've been growing a Palo Verde from seed for the past few years with the intention of one day making it into a bonsai plant. The attached photo has a picture of the Palo Verde and the proposed pot. Is this a good idea or a quick way to kill off my Palo Verde. Any suggestions would be helpful. Thanks!

I Think it is still too small.let it grow some more.when it goes into a bonsai pot it restriks sp.the growth a lot. my opion only..john
