| I have a elm tree that refused to bud and leaf this year.it is a 15 year old tree when i got it 2 years ago. trunk is green major limbs are green secondary branches died back this year..if i hollow cut the main branches off what are the chanches of new buds makeing new branches for this tree????? sorry for the long post..thank you john in w.virginia. |
