Some of my trees

Here are some of my bonsai that I have been growing for a number of years. Here is the list in order:

1- White oak sapling (3 yrs) grown from seed
2- Aboricola (? yrs) got this one from wegmans a month ago
3- japaneese maple (7 yrs) grown from seed
4- dwarf pomegrante (? yrs) won this in an auction
5- mt. fuji snow rose (12 yrs) found this in a local forest
6- weeping fig (6 yrs) grown from sapling
7- weeping cherry (9 yrs) grown from sapling

I also have some questions. My cherry has some white on it. A few leaves have a part of them missing with white edges. Is this powdery mildew, or as a result from hard water? (I have been using hard water recently due to moving to a new town).

Also, as you can see, my maple has inconsistent leaf size. How can I fix this problem so that they are all the same small size?

Thanks a bunch.
