Emergency Bonsai Resuscitation

I would really apprecaite some help with my dying bonsai. it may well be too late but if anyone has any ideas it would be great. it has been fine living inside for a year then it started to turn brown. i thought i was overwatering so i left it but it continued. so i repotted and let it dry to no avail. thanks for any help in advance.

It looks like it might be under-watered.

I would suggest letting the leaves drop, and then only watering it when the soil is dry to the touch. Make sure it gets plenty of light (12-16 hours per day), and hopefully you should see some new growth soon. Whatever you do, DON'T FERTILIZE THE TREE until new growth is established.
