Do not want to kill my new gift

Hello,

I wanted to get into Bonsai but not this quickly. I received these today and promptly put them outside (Orlando, FL) with the humidity and a light watering I believe I am good for now. I cannot seem to identify them (they are not marked) any help before I can get to a book store would be great.

What you have is a serissa foetida, or a 'tree of a thousand stars' here is a link to a guide on how to take care of it.

Actually, based on the trunk size relative to the foliage, as well as the angular growth of the branches, I believe your tree is a fukien tea (Carmona).

I recieved a Gardenia Bonsai, right out of the box some leaves are yellow with brown spots and are falling off. If it is a fungus, could you give a product suggestion?
