Serissa Bonsai lighting

I was recently given a Serissa foetida bonsai as a present and want to make sure that it will get enough light in my dorm. The window I have it placed next to is about 18 inches wide and about 3 feet tall with southern exposure. I visited a greenhouse where they sell bonsai and a man mentioned that a grow light might be beneficial for my plant. He said that sometimes plants accustomed to living in a nice greenhouse atmosphere are shocked when they move to say a dorm where they won't receive as much light and that they might loose some leaves.
My questions are:
1. If the leaves begin to drop, which type of grow light would you recommend?

would this ^^ one be ok? I'm looking for something relatively small (dorm size) and not too pricey and also one that would be beneficial to maybe some other plants that I keep in the dorm.

Thanks

Depends on the size of the tree IMO. I have that exact light keeping a small shohin fukien tea alive in my office. It is a good light for a small tree.
