My Satsuki Azalea Bonsai is not blooming and not sure what to do?

Feb will make it 2 year since having my tree. It was given as love tree. I received it starting to bloom and when did it was so beautiful. However it has not bloomed again. It has new leaves growing and it looks health but not flowers yet. Please help.
