I guess there just isn't much info available for a Bosnian pine.
It is a European 2 needle pine so I'll treat it either like a mugo or Austrian black pine.

Most 2 needle pines can be treated similarly. I suggest doing a google search for "bosnian pine bonsai." I also suggest posting a photo so we can see what you have.

As far as a picture goes, the tree is now under snow. I'll re-post with a picture in the spring.:-)
