Its an Elm, Zelkova leafs are a lot bigger and the serrations are a lot more pronounced and sharper
cheers thats what i thought it was actualy labeled zelkova tho! doesnt matter tho its a nice little tree
.... and Zelcova leaves hang down from the petiole. Several importers refer to their U parvifolias as Zelcova - no idea why ......
