Dear Bonsai community!

I have a small ligustrum plant, and it appears to be in a bad condition for some time.
The newly born leaves are falling in a week, sometimes even after some days. Some are discolured, like you can see on the attached photos.
Do you have any tips what can cause this? Maybe some kind of infection? (This is the only bonsai I have)
