Update...and...

I'll be back bothering everyone in the near future but have not been in much of late, the past month saw many changes here:

Almost lost the big FT right before the Tet display

It's coming back slowly but a few of the lower branches are history.

Met a girl at around the same time but 5 hours away at her home or overnight to Saigon took a lot of my time up in the past month...then...

Getting ready for the wedding, getting that over with and trying to settle down, get her moved here, re-arranging my house from a single dwelling to a couple, Choi Oi !!

Big change in lifestyle and many changes in life just take up a lot of time.

Wow! Congratulations and all that. Happy belated Tet and glad your tree is still breathing. What a lot you're doing so fast, but it sounds great. Are you going to have bonsai at the wedding instead of flowers?

WOW Bob,you sure have been busy!!! i was wondering what happened to you.. i hope she will like bonsai and congratulations,send some pictures for us please..waiting for spring burned out with snow and cold!!! take care john..

I had to go down to Saigon for 3/4 days and because it was right before Tet and theft of everything goes up here, I moved it into the house for safety. I had someone to care for the trees, the house was left partially open and the weather was to be cooler with rain or storms...
The person closed the house up tight, the weather flipped to blistering hot and I was stuck in Sg for almost a week. Most of the tree has come back but looks like it lost the lower 3 branches...sooooo...there will be some major restyling in the future.
