Hi, one thing I can tell you about this tree is that they stress out very easily. I've had my tree drop all its leaves because it would get a cold breeze from a door opening. I've noticed that although the plant likes sunlight, it does not do well in too much direct heat sunlight. I'm also looking at the soil, is that a pebble mix on top of the soil or is that the texture of the soil media. If those are just pebbles on top, I would remove them. Be patient when watering, also set some water out so it can become room temp. This plant does not like cold water showers. I would attempt to move it to a different location. All my windows face southern, however they are huge picture windows. Here is also a great tip for plants, get a small fish aquarium with a few fish. Water your plants with the water directly from the aquarium. Your plants will love the nitrates in the water from the fish.
