What kind of bonasi is this?

I'd like a clearer picture of a few leaves - hard to see where one ends and others begin in that shot, but it almost looks like an English elm (if so, it doesn't belong indoors).

I'm sorry - too many possibilities. Can you take it (or a couple of leaves) back to where you got it and ask them about it? What about posting this picture on e.g.

as there are very many more members there who probably could help.

Please tell me the pebbles aren't glued...if so you need to remove them if it's not to late.
