Hello,
I recently purchased two dwarf Tsuga canadensis cultivars, Abbot and Jervis. Are these suitable as bonsai? The Abbot in particular has a globular shape and Im interested in thinning it out a bit so it has more of a tree shape as opposed to a bush shape.
Any advise about pruning these guys? I'm still fairly new bonsais... Thanks,
Greg
