Help ID IKEA Bonsai

Hi, IKEA doesn't id its bonsai. :-(

It has:
- compound leaves
- slightly leafy rachis
- small spines under the leaflets
- transparent holes on the leaflet margins, making it look a bit serrated.

Thanks for the help.

Pepper tree?

Mmm, the photos of pepper trees I googled seem to be quite elongated.

Note: The photo is a close-up. Each leaflet is smaller than a pink fingernail.

It looks like a zanthoxylum odorum. It is what I believe mine to be. I have the same plant and this is the answer we came up with.

It's commonly called Chinese Pepper!

It's (related to) my fave spice!

Szechwan pepper
