Hi.... I am fairly new to gardening in general, and very new to the world of bonsai. I would like to grow a juniper outside as a bonsai, but does that mean digging it up to prune the roots? And even though junipers are hardy in my zone are they still as hardy when they are kept as bonsai specimens?
