Still not the right pot but it beats the plastic tub it was in. The foliage pads filled in pretty fast (about 4 months) and I'm just trying to pull the branches down to hide some of the obvious defects. Don't know if I posted size before but the tree is in a 16" dia. pot, the buttress is almost 12" across, the tree is 28" high after some reduction to the apex. Bob |

| How do you get your box to backbud? Mine are terribly stubborn about that! |

| I live in the tropics, the biggest problem is 'not' having it bud in all the wrong places. When I picked it up it was a forrest of 2 and 3 year old grown-on branches from buds. Due to it's vigor most of the branch ramicication took place over 3-4 months last year. Still, every month, I have to go over the main trunk and pick off foliage. Try full sun and a fertalizer that's something like 0-10-30 to help get buds. Bob |
