Another 'Beginner Problem'

I just received a birthday gift of an outdoor Satsuki Azalea Bonsai from my daughter. She knows I like to garden, but I don't have any clue about Bonsai! I grow perennials and roses! I won't hurt her feelings by telling her this. So, I need to know just some basics on caring for this tree. Or, at least until I can read more about them. I just got it today.

One big problem I'm having is whether to leave outdoors right now or not. We are still getting 20's the next couple of nights. Still too cold to leave out but to warm in here. I'll kill it by leaving out then bringing in, leaving out again then bringing in again, etc.
