Stop wetting the foliage when you water, and keep the soil surface clean of any shed leaves.

You can't cure it in the sense that you can repair the damage or unsightly spots, but anything with Tebuconazole in it (systemic fungicide [for only ornamentals - no table fare available over the counter. I think Bayer makes a good product, but bur the fungicide only - not the 2 or 3 in 1 products) will stop it from progressing. If you remove and destroy the affected leaves a day or two after application, the new leaves that come in to replace them will be unaffected.

Spray once per month through Oct, or Nov if it's warm.

Daconil, aka chlorothalonil, blocks specific attachment sites on the foliage so that various genera and species of fungi that are involved primarily with foliage infections are prevented from attaching, penetrating and causing infection. It is a topical and best used as a prophylactic treatment and not as a curative/eradicant, after the fungal foliage infections get going in full force.

Tebuconazole is a systemic fungicide that acts as a protective, curative, and eradicant against a very wide range of fungi. It's rapidly absorbed into the vegetative parts of the plant with translocation being principally acropetal (in the xylem).

I do use Daconil for tomatoes and anything I might eat, and I use the Tebuconazole for all my bonsai & ornamentals.

Always read labels carefully and follow instructions.

My bonsai over a two week period has become lifeless, the leaves starting from the top have drooped and died, now all it's leaves are gone, i haven't changed anything i've been doing for three years now, it's position is the same, i water it once a day in the morning, i don't think it's deciduous, the past two winters it never lost any leaves, i'm afraid it's dying, i'm continuing to water it but i don't think it's helping, could you please let me know if there's anything i can do to save it, i would be grateful for any advice, i truly will miss it if it's gone.

I had black spot and I used the Bayer (fungicide only like Al said). It worked very well. tree has recovered, though it took several months.
