I am fairly new to bonsai trees and i've done my research on the basic principles of caring.
I got given a bonsai by my grandparents around 2 months ago, except i and they don't know what type it is and i'm having trouble maintaining its leaves as they are just dropping off and have white patches that can be rubbed off.

Any help would be fantastic
