A gritty fast draining soil mix, full spectrum fluorescent (T5's are good) lighting 14-16 hours a day 6 inches above the tree, a wide tray of stones and water under the pot- make sure the water never touches the pot, regular house plant fertilizer, water when the top layer or so of the mix is dry, but learn to 'read' the tree as needs change through the year, even if indoors.
