Leaves on ficus ginseng get spots then fall off

Hi
I am new here. I bought a ginsenf ficus bonsai about a week ago and it seemed fine at first. Then some of the leaves got dark spots and started to fall off. We thought it didn't get enough light and moved it but it is still happening. What should I do?
I appreciate the advice. I had another bonsai years ago but it died.. and I reallylike this one.

a) you're watering the heck out of it and it has a fungus, calling for house plant fungicide (follow label directions), or b) it was treated badly in the store and the same thing happened, in which case I'd take it back - a wk seems awfully fast to have gotten that sick.
