| I have what I believe is a jade bonsai which I have had about a year. Unfortunately I had to travel for work and a friend has been taking care of it. They kept it in a place that got filtered sunlight (not much I am afraid) and now that I am home it appears to have lost a lot of leaves (they fall off green and do not yellow or brown) and am not sure what to do. I have brought it home and am giving it better care but am unsure what to do. Any help is really appreciated. I am a bit afraid it was overwatered as well. ugh! |

| Have you taken it out of the pot to inspect the roots? They may need cleaning and a new mix. Presumably you're giving it enough light now? Other than that, maybe just time will help. |
