Bonsai Fukien Tea Tree Indoors? What do you think?

Hi all, i have been thinking about ordering a fukien tea tree. I would keep it indoors year-round, will have access to growlights and high humidity. And it will also get some direct sunlight from an window. I am in zones 9 -10. Northern California. Are my conditions adequate for 1?
